Reaching out for help can be scary and intimidating. You made a great choice seeking out therapy. Learning new ways to deal with stressful life circumstances is a challenge, and showing up for therapy is the first step. Typical reasons people seek therapy include sleep problems, stress in their relationships, feelings of sadness that don't go away on their own, anxiety that gets in the way with normal life responsibilities, and caregiver or parenting stress.

I value providing a non-judgmental, inclusive, and affirmative space for clients to process their difficulties. I have experience working with those with trauma histories and people struggling with life transitions/adjustment.
