About My Clients
Much of my work has focused on treating adolescents, young adults and families struggling with behavioral addiction to technology, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. I hold extensive experience in treating OCD/OCD-related disorders, Anxiety Disorders, ADHD, Depression, ASD & neurodivergence. I also provide coaching, training and workshops around the state on these subjects.
My Background and Approach
I use a strength-based approach to foster genuine self-acceptance and to support clients in finding meaning. My philosophy centers around building and harnessing connections between the body, emotions, thoughts and behaviors to create healing and growth. This is an active, evidence-based approach that addresses the whole person. Treatment is uniquely individualized and with over a decade of clinical experience, I am competent in helping clients to not only heal but to make real gains. This can involve setting/tracking measurable goals for therapy as well. Treatment is also intended to help clients feel empowered. For example, skill building in developing lasting self-care behaviors or building quality social relationships. Or evidence-based parent coaching and career counseling. I have received extensive training in many forms of CBT (Internet Addiction, Insomnia, Mindfulness-Based & Trauma-Focused), DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Gottman Therapy.

I have exceptional abilities with group curriculum creation, maintenance and training; having written over 10 different group's curricula with a combined 150 unique sessions. Such curriculum include Social Skills, Behavior Modification (addiction-related), Sensory Integration & Mindfulness (for ASD) and Anxiety (Trauma-informed) as well as the aforementioned IOP, among others. I am incredibly tech-savy and am experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. I have exceedingly strong abilities in clinical documentation, includin
