My Background and Approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and an eclectic approach to meet the needs of each of my patients on an individually tailored basis. Simply put, what works for one person may not be suitable for another. I use various techniques to support each person's unique experiences. My hope is that you will leave our sessions feeling optimistic and validated. Therapy is a sometimes challenging and tedious process and I hope that by working with me, you will feel supported every step of the way.
