About My Clients
She received her Master’s Degree in Counseling with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary's College of California. She has experience working in both Community-Based and School-Based Mental Health settings. She has a passion for working with adolescents and young adults in order to help them learn the necessary coping skills during one of life's biggest transitions.

Alexandria’s specialty areas include depression, anxiety, stress management, family issues, and life management. She approaches therapy from a holistic and client-centered perspective: focusing on empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard. She aims to highlight strengths and create opportunities for growth. She has experience working with teens, adults, and families utilizing interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-based approaches, and mindfulness practices.
