I earned a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University in 2022. I have worked in both nonprofit and private practice settings with adults, couples, teens and groups. I am trained in EMDR and have been able to witness meaningful progress with my clients as they process past trauma. I am also trained in the Gottman Method couples therapy, which can help couples in reducing conflict, building trust and strengthening a sense of shared meaning. I have worked with my clients on a number of issues including: depression, anxiety, grief/loss, self-esteem, emotion regulation, relational issues, inner child work, empowerment, trauma and family conflict.
I am a firm believer in the power of healing through fostering an accepting and affirming relationship. That's why I always prioritize safety, warmth and support in my practice. I am a client-centered therapist who leads with empathy. I believe that all human beings are worthy of love and belonging. I celebrate you for all that you are and warmly welcome you into the therapeutic space with me.
