Has therapy been seen as a taboo practice to you? Are you unsure of where to begin? If this sounds like any inner thoughts you have, trust me, you are not alone. I have been in that space and really did not know where to turn. However, I found great peace and relief in seeking therapy. Growing up, I was always told to be strong and things would work out. I had to learn skills and mechanisms to cope with intrusive thoughts and self doubt. I look forward to helping you on this journey of growth.
My Background and Approach
My main focus is all about your growth in healing and newfound tools to continue on your path. I've taken this approach throughout my therapeutic career. I want you to be able to always refer to the tools at any point in time. We will work together to change any negative thoughts, calm any fears and doubts, and reach your best self by changing behaviors. I use methods that focus solely on providing you with a safe space to realize who you are as well as provide solutions for any challenge you may face. We will address mindfulness and how your thoughts can affect your patterns, work through ways of dealing with anxiousness, and find skills to keep you calm and at ease.
