About My Clients
Are you and your partner are having the same fight over and over again? You once felt so connected, but now you feel worlds apart. You feel as though you are walking on eggshells or that you can never get it right. I use a warm, collaborative approach while helping you unpack the obstacles you are currently facing. Therapy is an opportunity to put your relationship first, to slow things down and address concerns in a safe, supportive space.
My Background and Approach
I use a variety of approaches, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method, both of which have over 40 years of research behind them. My goal is to work to reduce negative patterns, while also working to strengthen friendship, repair past hurts, and increase communication and shared meaning. I am also trained to work with folks in polyamorous/CNM relationships. All relationship styles are welcome here.
