I see adults who are seeking support in working through issues relating to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, substance abuse, co-occuring disorders, and difficult life transitions.
My Background and Approach
I mostly utilize a psychodynamic and integrative approach, assisting individuals in regulating and managing their emotions while developing adaptive coping strategies. I'm especially interested in helping others heal core conflicts and internal struggles while offering non-judgmental compassion and encouragement, in order to support others in being their true selves.
I received a Masters in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica in 2010 and a Masters in Psychology from Phillips Graduate Institute in 2012. My education inspired me to adopt a holistic approach to growth and progress as I encourage others to accept and enhance parts of self. Having completed trainings in Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies, I enjoy using practical interventions to clients set realistic and achievable objectives towards desired goals.
Based on my background, I have a comprehensive understanding of the need for individualized growth and recovery.
