You're tired of feeling like you're not enough. Not good enough, pretty enough, smart enough, athletic enough, funny enough, where you should be in life, etc. You feel like you're not being a good parent, partner, friend, employee, etc. You push yourself so hard every day, but nothing you do seems to be enough. There's always that voice in your head judging you. "You should have done it this way. You should have said this. You're stupid. You're ugly..." You're so tired of carrying this around.
My Background and Approach
As your therapist, I'll bring a warm, compassionate, nonjudgmental demeanor into session to help you navigate around this negative voice to find what will fit best for you. We'll ground our work in building compassion for yourself and others. It can be so overwhelming when you feel like you're giving it your all, but its still not enough. I'd love to help you unpack some of the unhelpful expectations you've been carrying to find what will help you most! While you're building up that sense of compassion, I'll hold the space and compassion for you. Change is hard, but you don't have to do it alone!
