About My Clients
Have you been experiencing increased worry, racing thoughts, panic attacks, difficulty socializing, self-critical self-talk, or fears that impact your daily life? Although anxiety can feel completely overwhelming, both emotionally and physically, it is possible to change your relationship to fear from the inside out, so you can move forward with greater confidence and peace.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to provide you with here-and-now tools and techniques that you can use to re-frame your relationship with fear and worry. This may include trying new things, exploring your thoughts, and practicing skills to strengthen new patterns. I will collaborate with you on your treatment goals so that we can move forward in the direction that you'd like to go, and I will provide my clinical experience to help guide and challenge you along the way. We will work towards crafting new patterns, de-constructing old ones, and increasing your self-confidence that you can handle whatever anxiety may throw at you!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that art and creativity can be an amazing outlet for emotions, self-discovery, and building self-confidence. I personally enjoy drawing, reading fantasy/sci-fi novels, and trying new art techniques like stamp-making and watercolor markers. I also enjoy incorporating artistic and creative interventions in therapy, so feel free to bring your art materials to session!
