About My Clients
Are you a busy professional in this fast paced world? Are you negatively impacted by the pandemic, lack of resources and/or acceptance? Whether you are experienced with or new to the therapy experience, I welcome you and look forward to helping you along your journey.
My Background and Approach
Therapy is not one size fits all. I put our therapeutic relationship first, and approach each session based on what my clients need at that moment. The past led us to where/who we are today, but it does not necessarily define us, nor does it predetermine our future. We meet where you are at, collaborate on goals and how to meet those goals. My ultimate goal for you is to not need me, so we work together and increase the amount of tools and techniques you can have on hand at all times to cope with whatever challenges life brings you. I use a healthy dose of humor while ensuring clients feel safe at all times, including to provide feedback and present-moment processing in order to maintain a healthy therapeutic relationship.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone is capable of change and growth, especially when they have the tools and resources to support them. I don't discriminate against anyone; everyone is safe in the therapy space with me. I welcome clients with any interests (i.e., studio and performing arts, movies/tv shows, games, books, etc.), all identities, all experiences, all humans. Healing and doing the self work can be challenging, let's collaborate to make the work easier for you. Let's try and not just survive, but thrive the best we can, in this life.
