About My Clients
Do you feel like you're constantly managing yourself or your surroundings to fit in? You may feel anxious, stuck in depression, or wonder why others cope more easily. I help people understand how trauma, past experiences, and internalized beliefs shape their present self, so they can grow beyond what no longer serves them. Many feel trapped in patterns inherited from family and culture, despite doing everything "right." We work together to untangle these patterns, so you can be your whole self.
My Background and Approach
My therapy approach is integrative, based in existential psychology and attachment theory. I see our work as flowing between 3 phases, with the goal of building trust between mind, body and spirit. Phase 1 focuses on building foundations and self-awareness- identifying patterns, teaching coping skills, and increasing emotional clarity. Phase 2 deepens the connection between emotions and the body- using mindfulness and experiential practices to release old patterns held in the body. Phase 3 integrates all parts of the self, fostering resilience and a more authentic connection with who you are. I seamlessly weave together practices from CBT, Exposure therapy, mindfulness and somatic therapies to bring clarity to your experiences. I guide you to understand your unique qualities and set meaningful boundaries, empowering you to face uncertainty with confidence and build a life that honors your needs.
My Values as a Therapist
I believe therapy goes beyond addressing symptoms—it's about exploring the deeper layers of who you are and finding meaning in the unknown. Many of my clients arrive feeling lost or disconnected, unsure how to navigate their struggles. I value the sacredness of connection and flow, those moments where we experience true presence and a sense of timelessness. Therapy with me is a space to redefine yourself and release the need for certainty, embracing flow. I integrate somatic healing to help clients reconnect with themselves in ways that words alone can’t reach. I also recognize that healing doesn’t happen in isolation—humans thrive in community. I aim to create safe spaces of deep connection that nurture growth and resilience. Therapy isn’t about controlling the uncontrollable; it's about learning to embrace life's journey with greater self-awareness, clarity, and compassion.
