I worked in a pediatric psychiatric program focusing on eating disorders in children and teens. For the last 2 years I have co-facilitated a hybrid virtual and face to face community eating disorder/ disordered eating group.
I started a virtual therapy group focusing on how to pivot when in a life transition. The focus of the group was to take a look at what holds us back, what are new goals we’d like to have, and practical tips of reaching these goals.
