About My Clients
Are you looking for an accepting, nonjudgmental therapist who celebrates your unique ways of being? Someone who can guide you through challenging and complicated dynamics involved in stepping out of the traditional box of sex and relationships? Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed or unsure of yourself as you explore what works for you and try to put words to it? If you'd like support in navigating your chosen path of being more liberated than your average person, let's talk!
My Background and Approach
I bring over 12 years of experience as a licensed therapist, integrating a unique blend of approaches. I'm also a certified hypnotherapist, Ayurveda therapist, and a student of herbalism and astrology. My work has a spiritual focus, allowing me to read the energy between you, your partner, and your situation in a deeply intuitive way. I can guide you in enhancing your own intuition and help you access those depths in your unique style as well. I've had the privilege to study under renowned sex therapists such as Tammy Nelson, Emily Nagoski, and Esther Perel, and my studies in tantra through the International School of Temple Arts, along with a kundalini yoga practice, ground my work in sexual energetics. I’ll help you connect to your core sexual energy, regulate and strengthen it, and channel it in ways that impact not only your sex life but also your creativity and vitality. Together, we’ll work toward concrete relationship goals and a deeper connection to your Self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It's my belief that most of us are living in a way that barely scratches the surfaces of our potential. Limiting beliefs, traumatic experiences, abuse, intergenerational trauma, ancestral wounds, and maladaptive patterns can keep us trapped. It's also my belief that change is possible and healing is possible. The choice is each of ours to make. I know I've wasted a lot of time blaming others for my hardship, which is a great excuse for me to stay limited out of fear of stepping out of my comfort zone. It can be difficult and scary to look at yourself and to take responsibility for your life, but it's also probably even more difficult to continue living out patterns of suffering. This work is inherently risky--big changes may lie ahead if you are committed to doing the work, but avoiding the work comes with its own risks. It's a huge honor for me to witness a client in their process as they decide to be a little bit braver than anyone might have expected them to be, including themselves
