About My Clients
“I don’t want to just live, I want to thrive!” “How do I face the unknown?” “How do I make peace with my life?” These are the types of questions my clients struggle with. I know because I’ve been there and I continue to tap into the tools to help me get through these moments.
My Background and Approach
I believe everyone has an unique story waiting to be told and an inner strength that they didn’t know they had. No matter what you’re going through, difficulties with self-acceptance, self-forgiveness or fear of the unknown, I want to help you move past these barriers and live a life less hindered. If you’re held back by past trauma, I want to help you put that in the past so you can live a fuller life, now. Through our work, my clients often become more attuned with themselves. They have a greater understanding of their mind-body connection. They come to value themselves and life more. At the end of our work together, I hope you’ll see how far you’ve come, the road that’s still ahead and have the confidence to venture forward. Looking back on your life, I want you to be able to say, “Wow, that was a life well lived.” Let me help you thrive, face uncertainty and find forgiveness and peace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m passionate about volunteering and giving back to the community! I currently help to recruit volunteers for Seattle’s first family-centered pediatric palliative care home for children and their families living with life-threatening illnesses. Volunteer-aside, I love to travel, rock climb and I’ve completed seven half marathons! I have a fear of heights and I don’t enjoy running, but I see the value in taking risks and persevering through hard things. I find that when we move out of our comfort zone, we grow in ways unimaginable. What about you? Who are you and where have you been? Can I support you as you make some meaningful changes in your life?
