About My Clients
As you experience life and work transitions you may find yourself feeling like an imposter and asking “Who Am I?” / “Quien soy yo?”, “Do I belong here?” / “Pertenezco aqui?” and “Can I actually do this?” /“Puedo hacer esto?” Many people find themselves feeling anxious, depressed, and stressed as a result of this. Together we can work towards exploring these feelings and help you gain coping skills so you can thrive personally and professionally.
My Background and Approach
I am a bilingual (trilingual if we include Spanglish) Chicana therapist that aims to assist you in developing a strong sense of self and empower you to tap into your strengths to overcome life’s challenges. I believe that when we have access to a safe space where we can express our thoughts and feelings, it can create a rippling positive impact. I am currently only doing Telehealth Therapy. Open to clients across the state of California. Evening & Weekend appointments available. Contact me for a free 15 minute consultation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a first generation Chicana, I myself have asked “Quien soy yo?” and “Can I actually do this?” I have navigated through life transitions, cultural/racial identity, and acculturation. My personal and professional experience has provided me with the ability to provide holistic and culturally responsive services.
