I have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, as well as other conditions. As your therapist, I want to help educate you in the habits that make for a more successful life. I would like to help you experience the richness that comes with vulnerability and connection to begin your path to healing.
My Background and Approach
The primary therapeutic methods I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also have experience doing play therapy with children and hold a Certificate in Circle of Security Parenting (COSP).
