I’m a psychotherapist as well as a registered dietitian, and I’m here to work with you to improve the quality of your life using either psychotherapy or nutrition.
As a psychotherapist, I work with adults on issues ranging from but not limited to, multicultural and LGBTQ issues, general stressors of life, anxiety, depression, interpersonal/family/relationship issues, and developing healthy coping skills.
As your clinician, I hope to partner with you to develop the skills you need to deepen your insights and gain the clarity you may need at this moment. To that end, I invite you to bring your strengths, challenges, hopes, fears, and your intersecting identities to our work together.
