About My Clients

Whether you're trying to conceive or have been a mom for years, it can bring out our deepest doubts, fears, and that relentless inner critic whispering, "You are not enough." If you’ve found yourself lost in trying to please everyone, striving for perfection, all while feeling like you're barely holding it together, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll quiet that inner critic, rediscover who you truly are, and help you live a life that feels authentic to you. You don’t have to do it all alone.

My Background and Approach

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of approaches to provide you with the tools you need to align your life with your values. My goal is to offer a warm, nonjudgmental space, where we can build a strong therapeutic relationship. This connection is key, as it creates the foundation for real emotional and behavioral change, helping you break free from the patterns that are keeping you stuck. *Virtual Sessions Only* With extensive training in treatments for perinatal mood disorders, trauma, and general mental health, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to carry the invisible load of motherhood. Together, we’ll address the ways your past experiences influence your present struggles, and I’ll guide you through strategies to help you increase self-compassion, gain clarity, set healthy boundaries, and process painful experiences. Through this process, you'll build the resilience needed to show up more fully in your life—both for yourself and for your family.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that being kind to others is paramount. I believe that the needs of mothers are often overlooked, and that it is important to create space for them to be taken care of. I believe that perfectionism is a form of high-functioning anxiety and that although someone may look like they 'have it together' on the outside, they may be suffering silently on the inside. I believe that racism, sexism, and all forms of discrimination are real and I want you to know that I welcome talking about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences of these in therapy. I believe that what happened to you when you were a child (positive or negative) has an impact on who you are and how you move through the world, AND that if that is no longer serving you, new patterns can be learned.
