I empower women & nonbinary individuals to understand themselves on a deeper level, grow in self-compassion, & make positive changes in their lives. I’m not stiff or rigid and I won’t just slap a “label” on you. I’ll show up as a real (not-sure-what-color-hair-I’ll-have-today) person, challenge you when you need it, & be with you every step in your journey. Here, you can show up as your real, unfiltered self—so that, eventually, you can feel confident being your true self outside of therapy, too. As an experienced anxiety and grief therapist, I’m here to guide you and help you get curious about yourself to create change, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
I am dedicated to helping people heal and grow. My training in grief and anxiety means I have the expertise you need and deserve when moving through painful and challenging times in your life. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be a woman struggling with feeling stuck and overwhelmed, right? I get it because I’ve lived it myself; I know what it’s like to be a woman living with loss. I know that sometimes you just want to give up. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.
