About My Clients

My clients come from diverse walks of life, seeking support for a variety of reasons. You may be going through a difficult loss or new transition, finding that you are having trouble managing symptoms of anxiety or depression, or you may be looking to better yourself and create a more fulfilling life. My goal is to create a compassionate and supportive space in which you feel empowered to overcome your current difficulties. I look forward to walking beside you on this journey.

My Background and Approach

I attained a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Immaculata University in Malvern, Pennsylvania. I have worked in many clinical settings, including residential, inpatient, school, and outpatient settings. My therapeutic approach is rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), an empirically supported treatment focused on identifying and altering unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving. To ensure that I am meeting the unique needs of each client, I also draw upon elements from other approaches, such as client-centered, psychodynamic, and third-wave therapies, such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I primarily work with older children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of challenges. One of my areas of specialty is working with individuals struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), utilizing the gold-standard treatment, exposure and response prevention (ERP). My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that, with the right support and guidance, you can navigate the journey towards personal growth and positive change. I do not believe it is selfish to prioritize your needs and well-being. Instead, I believe it is crucial. Creating a safe and accepting space is at the core of my practice. I am committed to providing an environment in which you feel free to express and explore yourself without judgment. I provide services both in person and virtually to ensure that you are in the most convenient and comfortable setting.
