My Background and Approach
When we are able to learn why we do certain things, it can be a lot easier to start challenging the unhelpful thoughts that keep us stuck. My therapy style is based on CBT, which helps change the way you think and feel about yourself. I specialize in postpartum, setting boundaries, and healing from trauma. I know what it's like to feel stuck, so I want to help you feel better as soon as possible. I offer a no-nonsense approach to help you reach your goals and keep you moving forward to feel good again. I truly believe that everyone matters. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for people to express who they are and what is getting in the way of living the life they deserve. If talking about your past, or sharing things you aren't proud of are getting in the way of you seeking help, please know that we don't need to talk about anything that you are not comfortable with.
