Having emotions is as natural as your appetite and having emotional difficulties is as human as experiencing hunger or cravings.

Family conflicts could mean many different things, but they reflect not only present challenges but a history of miscommunication, lack of understanding and validation, trauma, dependency, codependency, etc.
Attachment issues could be subtle but they incapacitate us socially. Maybe our mother was caring and responsible but dysregulated or detached. Maybe our mother had a bad time accepting the pregnancy, or too busy working, etc. That will affect our lives without showing clearly why. I do reparent work and resolve attachment issues for you to feel more confident in your relationships. If attachment ruptures were severe, you may even suffer from a personality disorder or may be developing one.
I'm passionate about the understanding of trauma and all its consequences. I have trained and master several modalities to deal with the dysregulation and with the memory reconsolidation needed to heal from trauma. My understanding and skills are neurobiologically based including technology and processing techniques that give results without having to go through the traumatic experiences again.
This modality is wonderful after clients go through the phases of regulation, stabilization, and resourcing on a trauma treatment plan. It's a transformative experience if applied at the right time and in the correct way.
I could not be more convinced that neurofeedback is the future. I have trained in different NF modalities, and all of them make a difference in the life of my clients in different ways, but all of them are effective. And NF is also a tool to optimize the brain & nervous system functioning for people of all sorts whether they have emotional problems or the simple desire to feel better, to grow, to be more effective, or to have more control.
Trauma is so pervasive that I have dedicated many years or have a deep understanding of all its ramifications that now I teach it and supervise clinicians on it. I'm even part of a group of clinicians that give trauma awareness talks for free in agencies, universities, hospitals, etc., to help people understanding the repercussions of not knowing about trauma correctly, and therefore neglecting clients. Helping trauma clients is very deep and needs many different skills. Trauma is a plague!
