My therapeutic approach is trauma informed and emphasizes caring for the whole person, reducing and repairing harm, and honoring the body's innate capacity to heal. I may also prescribe additional tools that can support healing, including botanical medicines and natural supplements, craniosacral therapy, hydrotherapy (using hot and cold water)
