I enjoy working with adolescents to middle aged women who are looking to improve relationships, feeling ashamed of who they are, and are struggling with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem as a result. Women face unique challenges throughout their lives, and it is my goal to help them overcome these obstacles so they can live a happier, more fulfilling life.

I believe that the path to a successful therapeutic relationship starts with me bringing my full, authentic self into our sessions so you feel safe, comfortable, and confident in the work we are doing. I am an empathetic, warm, active listener who remains present during our sessions so I can meet you where you are on a given day. I believe that we are all the experts in our own lives, so I allow my clients to lead our sessions in the way they feel most comfortable and aim to provide the guidance and support they need to take their next steps forward.
