When I am in the room with a client, I show up as myself. I don't put on a "therapist hat" or view people as their diagnosis. I believe that developing a deeper understanding of yourself can foster self-acceptance and a sense of wholeness. As your therapist, my objective is to help you recognize your symptoms and support you with the tools you need to manage them. I will be working collaboratively with you while challenging you to grow.
I help people develop a better understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the way they show up in the world. I encourage my clients to take a holistic approach towards problem solving, and I often incorporate mindfulness techniques to develop the connection between the mind, body, and spirit.
