My approach is warm, empathic, and collaborative. I want you to feel comfortable and I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to work through the challenges that are bringing you to therapy. Throughout our work together, we will address present and past experiences that may be contributing to the way you are feeling today. This will allow you to build self-awareness, identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, and ultimately change the ineffective thoughts and behaviors that are getting in the way of you living the life you want. Additionally, you will learn skills to work through your emotions in a healthy and productive way, so that you feel more in control of your emotions instead of your emotions being in control of you.
