Throughout our work together, we will address present concerns and explore past experiences that may be contributing to current struggles. This will allow you to build self-awareness, identify patterns that keep you stuck, and change the ineffective thoughts and behaviors that are getting in the way of the life you want to live.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, perfectionism, and disordered eating.
