I received my Master's Degree in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge. My specialty areas include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, autism spectrum disorder, coping skills, and stress management. I have a strength-based psychotherapeutic approach, with eclectic use of modalities. My modalities include solution-focused, client-centered, narrative, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I have a passion for building a genuine and empathic relationship with my clients, in order to promote change.
