I work with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, ADHD, and those along the bipolar spectrum. Many of my clients are adult children of addicts and/or survivors of sexual, physical, or spiritual trauma.
My Background and Approach
I was helped by therapy first as a teenager, and over the years have found myself returning to treatment from time to time. I found healing in this space in a way that I hadn’t experienced anywhere else.
I became a therapist because I want to help people transform their lives, and I believe therapy can do that. The journey has been as rewarding as I had hoped - I love my job.
It is in relationships we are injured. Paradoxically, it must be through relationships that we heal.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe survivors. I understand spiritual trauma. I embrace diversity in my practice including all political values, body sizes, abilities, races, sexualities, genders, and spiritual traditions.
