My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Change and growth can happen at any time . I believe that both are on-going process and are met by many challenges by using unhealthy learned behaviors to cope with these challenges. It can be addressed by recognizing the unhealthy behaviors and practice using healthy ones. I spent many years in addiction and there was no change or growth in sight. Until, I hit my own rock bottom, I attended 12-step programs and had my therapy, practicing what I learned to change old behaviors. I haven't used substances in over two decades years and I want you to feel obtain the sense of freedom that I've experience every day. I've also had the blessing to be present for folks, who found a new life, after facing their addictions. It's truly an honor to be a witness to recovery of any kind. I make it a point to do my best to support anyone who choose to change their life--its not an easy task-its one that is on-going, evolving and wondrous.
