I believe that one of the bravest things a person can do is to explore and understand their own story. I feel privileged to walk alongside my clients and partner with them as they deepen their understanding of their story. I believe that as humans we are hardwired for connection, safety and growth. I provide a therapeutic space that is safe, supportive, and non-judgmental. A therapeutic space that can help people learn to trust and accept nourishment within a relationship where they feel understood and can grow.
My therapeutic style is warm, direct, and relational; therefore, you can expect me to bring authenticity, collaboration, acceptance, and humor to my sessions.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I volunteer with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
