My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Alfred Adler said, “Meanings are not determined by situations. We determine ourselves by the meanings we ascribe to situations.” I believe that we construct stories about our experiences and the world around us. Those stories can either empower us or generate issues. I hope to accompany you in re-authoring those stories that generate issues in your life. I will take a not-knowing stance as I believe that you are the expert of your story. I will genuinely be a curious listener and facilitate thought provoking questions to assist you in the reauthoring of your story.
