About My Clients
I work best with motivated people who can recognize their pain as a doorway to deep personal growth and transformation. I have worked with a diverse range of clients, and relate best to those who are spiritual seekers/truth seekers, and those who sense that they are connected to something much larger than their limited ego/body/mind. I approach most issues from a trauma-informed perspective, as it is our unresolved past experiences that create our limiting patterns and subconscious programs.
My Background and Approach
The Power and Importance of EFT Tapping for Personal Transformation EFT is a mind-body technique (Emotional Freedom Techniques or "tapping") for releasing emotional trauma from the nervous system to help you let go of the past and reset the subconscious programs that are keeping you from having clarity, personal power, peace of mind, and vitality. This is a deep and powerful method for changing your mindset. I am an Advanced Certified EFT Practitioner with the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology and am also consultant/supervisor for the ACEP clinical EFT program. For more complex PTSD, depression, chronic anxiety and early trauma, I offer Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP), a powerful body oriented approach to releasing traumas through the autonomic nervous system. This is a legal form of therapy using legal substances, primarily cannabis, to assist the process of accessing the body's innate capacity to release and work through deep trauma states.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we are souls with bodies, not a body with a soul. I believe in the power of loving and accepting who you are in this physical form, yet also strive to expand my identity with my Higher Self beyond all forms and labels. I believe Love is the highest expression of our true nature and that compassion for self and others is a path towards liberation and happiness. I believe we must do our shadow work and not deny any part of our consciousness, if we are to elevate ourselves and the world. I believe the world is literally a projection of our collective consciousness and like a waking dream, we have the power to influence our reality by changing ourselves. I believe the experience of separation is the source of all the world's suffering and that healing comes by realizing we are intimately connected with all people, and all things. I believe creativity is our divine nature and by accessing our creativity, we transform pain into something beautiful and liberating.
