Hence I use different modalities to serve people experiencing different difficulties. Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) the empirically researched couple treatment based on the theory of attachment, and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing ( EMDR) are some of the modalities that I use in treatment.
