Our work together will not only uncover the barriers to the growth and fulfillment that you deserve, but moreso help you experience hope and healing through healthier relationships with self and others.
My Background and Approach
My training and experience is in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), a multi-cultural modality centering upon developing secure connections with self and others. Also utilizing a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma informed approach, I strive to make therapy a creative, dynamic, and healing experience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are all worth healing, growth, change, and connection. We can start or continue this process during any season of our lives, no matter what we have gone through. My own journey in therapy personally and professionally has been healing and liberating. As helpful as it can be, taking a step towards sharing yourself and receiving support can be difficult.
