I'm here to understand what it's like to be you, and in doing so, I'm hoping you, too, will find a greater understanding of what it's like to be yourself. To me, the safety of our relationship is central to your capacity to not only heal but grow and live a life of abundance. Together, we form an alliance designed to achieve your therapeutic goals and explore new ones we have yet to consider.
At times I integrate nonpostural yoga into my therapeutic work. Yoga is an ancient system designed to help you achieve self-mastery and in doing so reach higher states of consciousness. If it’s aligned with your interest, various forms and practices of traditional Hatha Yoga may be optionally incorporated into your session to provide you with resourcing and allow you to connect with your true nature. These practices are always optional, and I hope they may be of some service to you.
