About My Clients
I see clients in both Michigan and New York virtually via a HIPAA compliant Teletherapy platform. I aim to provide a safe environment that invites open expression and exploration of thoughts and feelings so that meaningful changes are made. I have trained to provide multiple therapeutic approaches which are tailored to meet each client's personal needs.
My Background and Approach
We will utilize talk therapy during sessions to address any number of the following: Adjustment Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Divorce, Familial Discord, Grief and Loss, Life Transitions, Parenting, Relationship Challenges, School and Peer Difficulties, and Stress. Outside of my outpatient private practice, I have gained clinical experience in the inpatient adult and pediatric hospital setting at both The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, New York, as well as Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. I earned my Masters in Social Work from New York University with a clinical focus in children and families, and my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. I am a Certified Clinical Child & Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP-CA) and have also trained with the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP), receiving certification in the Collaborative Divorce practice.
