I’ve been honored to hold healing space for clients walking through many challenges for the last 6 years facing addiction, trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, grief, etc. I invite you to contact me and look forward to working with you on your healing journey! I meet you where you are at, individualizing treatment to meet your needs. I am here to walk alongside you during your journey to healing and to uncover unhealthy patterns and family dynamics in order to live life more authentically. I work with you on coping skills to manage stress, burnout, fatigue, etc. I incorporate somatic practices such as trauma informed yoga and mindfulness to teach skills that can be used outside of session. I offer EMDR to help with working through trauma at a faster pace than traditional talk therapy. I have sessions available during after hours and weekends to accommodate busy schedules.
