About My Clients

In our work together I will encourage you to use introspection to better understand how toxic relationships, expectations, boundaries, your attachment and trauma history have impacted your sense of self, as well as how to promote recovery and wellness.

My Background and Approach

It is often difficult to navigate environments that might not understand who you are as an individual, whether it be with family, your support system, a faith-based community, in the military, or at work. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am an advocate for underrepresented individuals and communities and feel passionate about helping in whatever way I can. I assist adults who are struggling with challenges related to identity, orientation, relationship functioning and family issues, communication, as well as working to help heal and overcome traumatic experiences that might be holding them back.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I deeply value honesty, openness, and direct feedback and will collaborate with you and encourage you in a way that is strengths-based and aligns with the goals you seek to address in treatment. No matter who you are or what you are struggling with, I hope to help you find the support and encouragement to get you to the next step of your journey.
