About My Clients
Are there relationships in your life you wish could be free of echoes of the past, or that could be restructured to fit the entirety of who you are? I'd love to help. I have a special interest in supporting couples and multi-partnerships in moving through complexities such as healing after mutually experienced trauma, repair after broken agreements, expansive relationship restructuring, LGBTQ+/Poly family planning, infertility, chronic illness, and loving a partner through navigating PTSD.
My Approach to Helping
My goal is to support you in crafting the structure, dynamic and connections that meet your unique needs and fit the entirety of who you are, and who you are growing to be both individually and together. I believe that healing trauma, and returning to ourselves, requires an individualized, integrative and often somatic approach. I also utilize narrative therapy, IFS, Brainspotting and mindfulness-based practices. This space is creative and adaptable. I meet you here with compassionate curiosity, and the intention to embrace and understand all lived experiences and facets of who you are, including your shadows and your pain.
Social Justice Issues I Care About
My therapeutic alliance with my clients is rooted in liberation psychology, humanistic values and my desire to support others in crafting a life where they are free to embody their truth and to be who they know they were uniquely designed to be. I am neurodiversity affirming, identity affirming, and I'm here to embrace all facets of your unique way of being in the world as you explore your innate truths and inner strengths. If you or your partner(s) are standing amidst new complexity or the pain of old wounds, it would be an honor to support you in your walk forward.
