I empower individuals by understanding the things holding them back and challenging them to step outside of their comfort zone. I take my clients on a journey of self-exploration that is both exciting and scary, but results in feeling liberated and confident in who they are, shedding the unsavory habits and behaviors.

I work with couples across a variety of relational stages, I offer a 10 session premarital program that addresses any and everything that needs to be discussed ahead of the nuptials. I help couples that are experiencing relationship boredom, by understanding how things got stale. I work with couples that are fractured and in need of repair, getting to the root of the issue, discussing it and moving forward.

I work with couples who have children and need guidance on healthy co-parenting methods. I teach couples that have ended the relationship how to work together to keep the focus on the child(ren). I help these couples move on from any bitterness that might impact their ability to show a unified front as parents.

I focus on the here and now, understanding the past exists, but not allowing the to define your future.

I work with couples using the couples dialogue, helping them to feel heard and understood, with the goal of engaging in healthy conflict and having a strengthened relationship.

I encourage my clients and push them to new heights. I train the mind to think differently and facilitate execution.
