- Medication Management
Hello! I'm a Stanford and University of California trained child & adolescent & adult psychiatrist in a small, concierge-style practice.
Psychiatrist in Menlo Park, CA
I am trained in cue-centered therapy and other trauma-focused modalities. Some clients see me for trauma-focused psychotherapy in addition to or in lieu of medication. My therapy dog, Elmo, helps people who have experienced trauma feel a sense of safety and connectedness in sessions.
As a fellowship-trained psychiatrist with special training from Stanford's ADHD clinic I am especially able to help people who are suffering from ADHD. I also offer first-time ADHD evaluations.
I have special training from Stanford's anxiety specialty clinic that I utilize to help my patients recover from anxiety. This includes therapy techniques drawn from SPACE, CBT, and other modalities.
I'm trained in mentalization-based treatment (MBT), which is scientifically proven to improve the quality of attachments.
All my in person appointments include a therapy dog, who helps my patients to feel safe, comfortable, and connected.
I am trained in mentalization-based treatment (MBT), a modality based on the work of Peter Fonagy which is scientifically proven to improve the quality of attachments.
