About My Clients
I primarily do individual work with children, teens/adolescents, and adults. Some areas I most frequently support clients with are: anxiety and panic, depression, adjustments and transitions, family change, identity, and academics. I hold a BS in child development and enjoy applying a developmental lens to counseling, particularly in my work with children/teens and their families.
My Background and Approach
With my background, I lean into contextualizing behavior and changes within child/adolescent development. I believe that creating a therapeutic space for children is equally as important as for adults. My work with adults is largely from a cognitive lens with incorporation of attachment and developmental principles. I have experience working with children in a variety of contexts including preschool/early childhood and experience at a local private school. I also have experience working with children/families and adults in the private practice setting. Please reach out if it may be a good fit! I look forward to hearing from you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Passionate about creating a gender-affirming and neurodiversity-affirming space for all, especially children.
