About My Clients
Are you a high functioning individual managing stress, anxiety, relationship issues, depression, childhood emotional neglect, or other challenges that are impeding your ability to live as comfortably and as successfully as you wish? My clients understand that when entering into this therapeutic relationship we work together, to process trauma, develop coping skills, find perspective develop healthy coping skills to meet your needs. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, practical, and unique.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach differs for each client. I believe that every person comes to me with their unique perspective and individualized needs. Therefore, two clients that are both struggling with the same challenge may receive very different experiences. Having said that, I base my work from a strength based perspective, utilizing evidence based skills, focusing on practical strategies, and insight. My goal is that you leave every session with meaningful tools and perspective, feel that there is unyielding support, and skills that will allow you to feel empowered and strong. My practice also provides wrap around care; your support does not end when you leave my office/virtual office. Providing emergency care, tailored resources, practice exercises, skill based homework, and ongoing support allows growth and change to develop in an expedient yet meaningful and lasting manner.

My role in your journey to provide support, tools, and perspective so that you can achieve YOUR goals. There is no place for judgement in therapy. Therapy is a safe space to explore emotions you struggle to admit even privately. Therapy is a space where you can take off the mask without repercussions. Therapy is about finding ways to respect and love yourself; which in turn may open the door for you to accept and provide love to others. Therapy can be a space where you finally identify what you really need and how to achieve that.
