Victor Hugo said, “Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise.” I am here to help you overcome your dark night and find peace. Starting, or returning, to counseling can be hard but I am passionate about making the experience feel safe and comforting.
My Background and Approach
I use focus types that meet the needs of the individual. ART is great for helping with disturbing images that result from PTSD or Trauma. CBT helps target those negative thoughts and behaviors that lead to depression and anxiety. DBT and Mindfulness will help you learn coping skills, so that no matter the situation you find yourself in, you can feel grounded and in control.

I work to build a trusting relationship with my clients, because that is where healing begins.
