Can you look someone right in the eye and immediately forget their name after they've said it multiple times? Have you tried every possible planner, routine, system, and can't find one that sticks? This could be some of what an adult with ADHD might experience. Our work can help you process anxiety and shame around ADHD symptoms, help navigate social, relationship, and work settings, and help you better understand your brilliant brain.
My Background and Approach
I approach therapy from a strengths-based, person-centered focus. I consider myself to be an active therapist. I will point out what I notice, I will be direct about how our work together is going, and I'll ask you to do the same. While I cannot walk this path for you, I will walk along side you and hold up a lantern to guide the way.
