My Background and Approach
I have a Master’s degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Marriage and Family Therapy and am currently a third-year Ph.D. candidate in Couples and Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University. I am professionally trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, solution-focused therapy, Bowen’s theory, Gottman Method, CBT, and more. I have a background in the medical field where I have obtained a strong foundational knowledge for medical diagnosis and medications. I understand the intricacy between medical burden and mental health. I endeavor to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for you where they have the freedom to discuss anything in any category. You are the expert on knowledge of your lives, I am here to provide the professional tools to help you to achieve your goals in life.
