About My Clients
I am passionate about supporting clients of all different backgrounds experiencing anxiety, stress, and self-esteem or body image issues, as well as assisting clients in discernment or divorce counseling. I particularly enjoy working with clients surrounding ADHD, cancer, chronic illness and other medical diagnoses, as well as navigating various life stage transitions.
My Background and Approach
I recognize that every client is the expert in their own life and experiences, and believe in strengths based collaborative work. My goal is to work alongside my clients towards their goals while adjusting my approach to best fit your individual needs. I strive to meet clients where they are and respect their boundaries while also supporting their growth. I am curious and engaged with her clients and utilize a variety of therapeutic models rooted in an integrative and systemic approach. I hold a Bachelors Degree in sociology and English with a minor in women’s and gender studies, as well as a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University, training at The Family Institute at Northwestern University
