My approach to therapy is collaborative and eclectic. I tend to mix modalities to create a unique approach to ensure that each client is treated as an individual to best serve your needs. Our mental health is a deeply personal part of our well-being, and it can be hard to find a therapist you feel a connection with. I believe everyone has unique strengths and it is my goal to help you identify and build on yours. I will strive to create a safe space for you to share your feelings, explore challenges you are facing, create goals for yourself, and to support you in learning new and healthy coping strategies.
